About MTN Athlete

MTN Athlete was built by Colorado athletes who were tired of missing registration windows, paying late fees, and scrambling for race info scattered across dozens of websites.

We created a single platform where Colorado's outdoor community can discover races, track deadlines, find training programs, and connect with like-minded athletes — all in one place.

What We Stand For

Built for Colorado

We live, train, and race in Colorado. Every feature we build is grounded in the real experience of a Colorado endurance athlete.

Athlete-First

No fluff, no filler. Just the information and tools serious athletes need to plan their race season and optimize performance.

Community Driven

We believe the best adventures are shared. MTN Athlete is built around connecting people who love the same terrain you do.

Race More. Spend Less.

Our race tracker helps you hit early bird windows and avoid late fees — so you can spend more money on gear and entry fees.

I grew up in the flat suburbs of Chicago — about as far from mountains as you can get. One trip to Colorado as a teenager was all it took. I packed up, moved West after high school, and put down roots in 2008.

Since then, I've been fully committed to treating Colorado like the world-class playground it is. From riding the Triple Bypass to standing on all 58 fourteeners and chasing backcountry ski lines, my appetite for adventure hasn't slowed down — it's only grown.

MTN Athlete is the platform I always wished existed — a single hub for the Colorado outdoor community to track races, follow training programs, and stay connected to what's happening in the mountains. Now, I'm focused on building and expanding a community of like-minded outdoor athletes who live for the climb, the grind, and the days that push us a little further.
